Q.: How do I pass a SubID in LinkTrust?
To pass/add a Sub ID to the tracking link in the affiliates account the following parameter must be on the end of the URL: &SID=(your SID here)
Example: Http://www.mydomain.com?CID=XXX&AFID=XXX&SID=value
To pass multiple SID’s, separate your values with a comma:
Http://www.mydomain.com?CID=XXX&AFID=XXX&SID=value1,value2,value3,value4
Once you get all of your offers set up, it’s good to know it works.
Q.: Where do I get a link to test my offer?
1. Use the LinkTrust Link Generator to create a test link.
2. Select the affiliate and campaign you want to test.
3. Add any SubIds or additional information to test in your link.
4. Generate Link
5. A new window opens below with your test tracking link. Copy and paste this link into a browser to begin testing your offer.

Q. Where do I find my confirmation pixel?
There are multiple places to find your confirmation pixels. Once you have your basic campaign set up, you can find the confirmation pixel in:
1. The Link Generator (like we showed you in the previous screenshot)

How much does LinkTrust cost?
It can range anywhere from $200/month to $4000/month depending on which license you need. Most are either $500/month or $1600/month.
How long does it take to get setup?
We know time is of the esssence for each LinkTrust customer (or potential customer) so we have our process streamlined so that you can be up and ready to go in about 2-3 days, with access to your account
What are your support hours?
8-5 Monday through Friday with 24-hour emergency support.

How do I access my customer hub site?
1. You can find access to all your LinkTrust accounting needs in the Cashier in the Community in LinkTrust.
2. Or simply go to: linktrust.customerhub.net
When are invoice payments due?
All payments are due by the 20th of each month (paying for the following month’s service).
If you are on auto-pay, your account will automatically be charged on the 20th of each month (for the following month’s service)
If you are not on auto-pay, you will receive an email prompt at the email address of your choosing on the first of every month – prompting you to go to your LinkTrust Customer Hub to view and pay your current invoices.
My credit card has expired – how do I add another card?
Simply enter the LinkTrust Cashier – go to the ‘Credit Cards’ tab. Click on “ +add credit card ” – enter your new credit card information and click “Add Card” at the bottom.
