We had a record turnout for our LinkTrust 6.8 training webinar Oct. 31, 2011. During the webinar, we answered a bunch of questions from attendees. There were two that we wanted to pass along to you in case you’ve been wondering the same thing and wanted to make sure that you all got to know the answers to those questions too.

Question: Is the auto-assign campaigns turned on by default?
Answer: No, no campaigns will be auto-assigned until you turn the feature on. You can turn it on by going to Campaign Details and then the Affiliate Settings Page. Learn more about this feature by visiting the LinkTrust 6.8 features page.

Question: Will my custom affiliate payouts or merchant revenue be affected when I make an adjustment?
Answer: No. When making an adjustment, the custom payouts will not be affected.
Question: Is an affiliate payouts and merchant revenue by Sub ID (SID) or Creative ID (ADID) considered a “Custom Payout?”
Answer: Yes.
