Customer support guru Nate Richins is excited about the
arrival of the New Year with the feature releases planned
for LinkTrust. A familiar voice to many LinkTrust partners,
Nate has been helping partners resolve technical issues for
more than three years.
“We appreciate Nate’s ability to unravel complex issues and
help our partners on a daily basis,” said Bret Grow,

If a partner needs step-by-step instruction, a brief
overview or positive reinforcement, Nate can do it. Often
skipping lunch, coming in early and staying late, Nate works
hard to be available to partners when they have questions.
Nate loves to enjoy the seasons of Utah – hitting the lake
on his wakeboard in the summer and the slopes on his
snowboard in the winter. If he’s not strumming his guitar or
playing hockey, he dreams of the surf on the Costa Rican
shores.
It’s important that Nate knows how LinkTrust is working for

improve the software for everyone. He takes each suggestion
seriously and pushes to get it in development as soon as
possible.
